Living statues are expected to be standing still and to be able to tell their story without using words or sounds. That is also the starting point of a new part of the World Statues Festival named Statues by Night. But when dusk sets in we might turn a blind eye to this and have a look at other types of performances like ballet, music, theater or even youtube. Rio on the Rhine is looking for a new Summerqueen. Miss Rio 2009 was elected on August 21 during a gala in the hall of MAXbrother in Arnhem.
